1. Casual course

This course is held at an apartment in Musashi-Urawa. You can enjoy the same contents with another one but the atmosphere is more casual, so you can be relaxed like private-lesson. (Minimum number of participants will be 2.)
Price: JPY 7,000 for one person, for two hours
Contents: Learn sushi, make sushi, eat sushi
Instructor: One chef
Day: Suturday or Sunday

2. Authentic course
＠Akabane sushi restaurant
(本格コース＠赤羽寿司店、こまさ)
This course is held at the real sushi restaurant in Akabane, Komasa. Contents is almost same as another one, but the atmosphere is totally different, you will feel like you became a sushi chef! Also you can have some dish the chefs cook for you. (Minimum number of participants will be 10 since we need to close the store.. sorry!)
Price: JPY 8,000 for one person, for two hours
Contents: Learn sushi, make sushi, eat sushi
Instructor: Two or Three chefs
Day: Monday (TBC)

3. Visit course
@Your office/school
(企業研修、学校の課外授業として)
We can arrange this course in your office or school. We believe this must be good for your organization because 1) learning Japan or sushi is very good as your basic knowledge for this country regardless you are directly doing sushi business or not. 2) Nobody in your team is professional for this field so everybody can start the same level, this will help to have the conversation or cooperation, so it will be good team-building.
