Sushi Making Experience

Why don't you challenge yourself by making delicious & fresh sushi on your own? We have participants who want to learn Japanese tradition, take this opportunity to learn cooking or food education... or who is simply enjoying the "making" experience very much, sharing that experience with their friend, family or loved ones... There are many types of opportunities to join our classes.

Our Class

We are hoping that we can share the real taste and culture of sushi to all of the people who are living in Japan and also outside of Japan. However, the main purpose of this class is to offer communication opportunity for all of you. You can share "precious experience" or "challenging time” with your mates (family, friends, lovers etc.) in this class, and you can also make new conversations by using sushi as a topic after going back to your home. You might even find Japanese friends, or become a Sushi Chef in the future.

Instructors

Professional chefs are working as your instructors.

Everybody is very friendly, open-minded and has unique characters due to different backgrounds/business careers. One  has worked more than 25 years in sushi field. Another one had worked at a food company more than 10 years before coming our sushi restaurant. Another one has worked as a consultant but graduated sushi school and joined us. So our team has traditional skills and also strong diversity which allows us to express/explain sushi from a wide range of view. We know how to support beginners and happy to help them.

Book a Table / Contact

Feel free to contact us. We will try to arrange the menu/class depending on your language, food allergen, etc. Most participants are beginners, however, we may be able to introduce advanced participants to more professional classes. Please do not hesitate to contact us.
